Treatment
To provide and coordinate your psilocybin services with facilitators and care teams.

To process payments for services. (Note: psilocybin services are not billed to insurance and are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care.)

For quality improvement, staff training and supervision, licensing and accreditation, and care coordination.
Required by Law
When mandated by federal, state, or local law, including Colorado's Natural Medicine Health Act.
Public Health & Safety

Our website and psilocybin services are intended solely for adults aged 21 and older, consistent with Colorado's minimum age requirement for natural medicine services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from someone under 21, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
